IPC on 2 computers

Hello,

At this moment I have two computers running QNX, connected with each other
on a school network. I would like to have two applcations, one running on
each
computer, that can communicate with each other.

I tried to work with the name_attach() command, and the example I found in
the
PhAB help file (the server/client example). It works when I start client and
server
on the same computer, but it won’t work with the client on one computer and
the server on another.

Can anyone explain how I have the two computers talk to eachother, or at
least
what I am missing in the example?

TIA
