DOC problem

Help please!

Files in Disk_On_Chip are corrupted!!! when my company’s customers try to
upgrade software on the DOC. Customers use FTP to receive our updated
software which is in good condition, load it in the pc. Then, upgrade the
software and sometimes see the corrupted files.
Then, I simulate the same scenerio in our lab., but I don’t get any
corrupted file.

I will be appreciated if anyone can help me to solve this problem.

The only time we have a problem with DOC files has been when the driver
version was behind what was needed for the device being used. Is it
possible they have a newerr DOC device but are using an outdated driver?
(I know, sounds too obvious but sometimes the look is needed)

You may want to run chkfsys on the DOC every time you boot up. It
can help fix damaged file systems.
