There is no client. You could export clearcase views through NFS and
mount them from QNX, that would give you access to source code. Nothing
beyond that. In practice, if your organisation uses clearcase you’re
probably better off with cross-compilation setup.

We looked into it and the answer was, no Clear Case on QNX. That was about 6 months
ago.
And the reason is because ClearCase requires modifying file servers
(typically within the kernel) to support their vob filesystems. While the
QNX file server is outside the kernel, I’ve not heard of anyone who has
modified one to integrate ClearCase support. Do the NFS trick if you want
ClearCase on QNX.

I would think the union filesystem and the resource manager framework would
make life much easier to develop a VOB filesystem.
