Not detecting all memory.

I have QNX 6.1 installed on a Compaq P133 Laptop. It only detects 15 of
the 32M of memory. The knowledge bas telss how to work around this if
you are booting out of a windows partition. Is there a way to get all
the memory when not bootingfroma windows partition?
