Does anyone know if a QNX driver exists of if is possible to make work a
PCTel HSP56 MicroModem in QNX 6.1. Any help greatly appreciated.

I doubt you would, this sounds like a WinModem (Micro).
Since with soft modem the software is run by the CPU, these
software are consider “critical” and to my knowledge never
made public.
