crttrap trap: graphics: No such file or directory

When I run ‘crttrap trap’ I get the message:
graphics: No such file or directory.

On a working QNX install the only file I can find named ‘graphics’ is
/etc/system/enum/devices/graphics, which I have. Any idea what might cause
this?

Note: I’m trying to create a slim QNX install, so I’ve been removing things
I didn’t think I needed. Obviously I’ve removed some necessary component,
but I can’t find which.

Cheers,
Shaun

Do you have both /etc/system/trap and /etc/config/trap directories? That’s
all I can think of that might be giving crttrap gas.
