The QNX CD has a minimal number of X clients (xterm, twm, gtwm , xclock)

Where can I find the rest ?

The next release of QNX (6.2) will include the full XFree86 install.
You can also get it right now from http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/openqnx/,
which includes a much improved XPhoton (big P, not little p) and many other
X based applications.
