mem_pmem error ?

Does anyone recognize this error message:
Crash at mem_pmem line 411

My software always died after this message is printed. It is not from my
software or the BSP.
I am running Neutrino 6.1 on a embedded MIPS platform.

I found out the problem. I was unintentionally mapped a device to the main
memory, and the Heap manager would crash after about 1 MB of memory is
allocated.
