network card not working

Hi, I am new to QNX neutrino 2. I installed QNX in two machines which have
the same network card, but why there is only one machine having connection?
I swapped the network cards. However the original no-connection one is still
not working. What is making the difference because of two different PCs with
the same network cards.

Hello,

Actually, it should work. I would suggest you to check the physical
connection on the non-connection node (for example to HUB or RJ45
connector). If the two pcs connect to each other correctly under Windows, it
should have already worked with QNX also.

Actually, Plug-and-play OS choice in the BIOS was yes. The network now is
working once I disabled this item.
