Hi. Could someone tell me how I can find out what version of QNX I am
running and what Licenses are installed? Apparently I need to have a License
to run TCP/IP? Could some one help?
Regards,
Shane

When you say what version of QNX, are you asking version 4 vs. version 6?
As root type:
licinfo -a
If it displays a list of one or more licenses, then you are running
QNX version 4.xx. You can then type:
sin version
to get a list of current executables and their versions.
If you get:
/bin/sh licinfo: not found
then you are running QNX version 6. You can then type:
uname -a
get get more information about which version 6.
I don’t think QNX6 licenses are “installed” per se. You just kind of
agree to them as you are installing the software. There may be some
exceptions to that rule however.
