Are any free C compilers for it avaiable? Mabye some cross compilers?

Not really. Jean-Claude Michot (www.teaser.fr/~jcmichot) did a port of gcc
(when gcc meant GNU C Compiler) for QNX4, but it still required the
libraries that came from QSSL. Some customers configured Watcom under
Windows to compile for QNX4 – but that was never a supported option.
