the configs were: one QNX-PC with two nics, one for the branch of the net to
be monitored. on that branch were also other devices. I started the PC
normally and it worked.
then I started
Net.ether1000 -P -l2 -vv -i5 &
and eliminated the entry in “netmap”
I also started Socket and Photon in order to access the PC via Phindows from
the MS-world …
when I netsniff on Lan_1 everything seems to work, there is output. However
the network driver has been started without the option “-P” … strange,
isn’t it?
