Remote control

Any way of getting some sort of qnx windows client to run on a MS windows
machine to remotely view the QNX GUI ? If so where do I get it and how do
I run it?

Ahem!

Not if you really mean QNX Windows, I.E. The older Frank Kolnik product.

Phindows is a MS-Windows client for Photon.
QNX Windows is an older GUI which does NOT have a MS-Windows client.

sure you can. I helped a customer last year to set it up
so that he can remote control/monitor his QNX Windows application
from the MS Windows desktop.

No, there isn’t.

I might be misinterpreting the OP’s question, but the way I read it is
like this:

“Is there any way of getting a QNX (MS-)Windows client, to run on a MS
windows machine to remotely view the QNX GUI ? (photon)”.

Admittedly, I am making the assumption that the post was poorly phrased,
and that the OP isn’t even aware that there was such a thing as QNX
Windows; however, I do not apologize for making that assumption in this
day and age

If my interpretation is correct, then hopefully you aren’t announcing that
Phindows is dead.

No, Phindows isn’t dead. I took “qnx windows” to be our product
marketed under that name, the one we originally had under QNX 2.

There’s no (reasonable, available) connectivity solution for that.

(There is the unreasonable, buggy, and probably not available combination
of QNX Windows in Photon (qwinph), then remoted using Phindows.)
