Phindows setup

We are trying to setup phindows into a new server machine from Windows
NT. We have sucessfully installed phindows (in fact, it is on a machine
that has run phindows to another server for many months). When trying on
the new server, the login dialog comes up but as soon as user name and
password are entered, the entire phindows frame disappears. We can
telnet in with that same user name and password. Also, we can run phinx
on the same server to a linux box.

Any ideas as to what configuration or licensing or whatever might be
causing this problem?

If you start phrelay with “-VVVV -D/tmp/phrelay.log”
and send me the file, I’ll take a look
