Boot ROM that works with the SMC-91C94 and 91C96 chipsets?

Hello.

I am wondering if anyone knows of a company that makes boot ROM’s that
work with the SMC-91C94 and 91C96 network controller chipsets.
I am using some Ampro PC-104 network cards that use these chipsets and
LanWorks said that they were not familiar with this chipset, so I
would like to know if anyone knows of another company that would make
one that works with QNX4 and the QRTP for use with BOOTP.
The specific cards are the Ampro MM2-ETH-Q-71 and MM2-ETH-Q-72.

The Etherboot package (http://etherboot.sourceforge.net/) includes
support for the SMC-9000 series of network cards, which are based on the
chip-sets you mentioned.
With a bit of luck, the driver will work (or can be made to work) with
the Ampro cards.
