Actually you can install QNX4.25D with a FAT or FAT32 Partition
and then you can use Fatfsys to access the FAT/FAT32 Partition Contents.
Thing is, I don’t believe you downloaded QNX4.25 - You have to Pay for it.
The Free QNX is QNX RTP.
Answers are in a different newsgroup, try qdn.public.news or comp.os.qnx for
help with QNX RTP, not qdn.public.qnx4
If you did download an upgrade for QNX4.25 and have licenses, I would recommend you get a CD Copy,
which will provide a GUI allowing install to a separate partition, or within FAT/FAT32. If you have
WinNT or Win2K you could then add QNX to the boot.ini file making it a selection at bootup.
Search for messages containing “dd qnx4 boot.ini” in comp.os.qnx using dejanews power-search for
instructions.

No way
You can only install QRtP on Windows fat or fat32 partition ( not NTFS )
QNX4.x needs own partition
