1.My friend see me in LAN neightbours but he can’t get in to my PC, Why? maybe I not write some command in smb.conf? something ideas?
2.How can I give permissions 0755 to something folder? (np. /var/lock)

you probably need set up up as QNX6 and/or samba user depending on the type of password protection.
You should read the man page, there is lot in there about how to configure it (and configuration is rather complexe)
