Samba says my server is being unfriendly

We have installed samba 2.0.7. Configured it, it passes. When we run
smbclient -l servername it get an error about the server being
unfriendly. Though I found this to be an interesting error. I have no
idea what it means. Did I miss it in the docs???

Any ideas about how to friendly up my server??
