CardBus is not supported under QNX4, but this controller might work in
legacy mode with PCMCIA cards.

How can I work in legacy mode?

I think, I have to know the I/O port address of the adapter ( 3e0 does not
work).

If the bios in your system is not setting up the legacy mode base address,
then Pcmcia.generic will not work. You could write yourself a little program
the initializes the legacy mode base address in PCI space, before running
Pcmcia.generic.
