Serial ports defective after shutdown?

Any ideas what might be wrong, when extern 5554/8 serial port aren’t
functional after reboot with shutdown? Everything works fine after
power-up, but after reboot, nothing.

If you are using Dev.ser, there is an option -w which may help.
