I’m in a similar position to Ben, no experience with make or cc. I have
downloaded the 2.6.2 version files of ghostscript and followed the
directions for
compiling them and this is the output of the following command line executed
from inside directory /gs262:
‘make qwindows’
make ghostscript “XLDFLAGS= -l Qwin” “DEVICE_DEVS=qnxw.dev”
make[1]: Entering directory /gs262' cc -o genarch genarch.c make[1]: Leaving directory /gs262’
make[1]: *** [genarch] Error 127
make: *** [qwindows] Error 2
