Is there any way to check Network performance on a QNX 4 node (TCP/IP, UDP
speed)? Any utilities that will give this info?

netinfo for errors/runtime_stats
for throughput numbers there are other techniques… it really depends
on your type of traffic.
ttcp is likely the best and most universal tool. and you can use tcp or
udp.
src to ttcp is everywhere on the web
