Windows terminal emulator for QNX

Has anyone found a cheap (ideally free) terminal emulator that runs under
Windows that can be used to telnet or dial into a modem on a PC running QNX
4.23-4.25? I have searched the Web but have only found the NetTerm utility
which appears to only do the QNX2 terminal (i.e., 4.22) not the latest qnx
terminal.

If memory serves, there are versions of kermit and zmodem in the
freeware archives on the site.
