VOL is a proprietary utility, however if you ask QSSL
directly, they will probably be willing to give you
the header formats. You could also reverse engineer
them fairly simply. I’m not sure why unless you want
to re-invent it. In that case I would submit your case
to QSSL and see if you can get the VOL source code.
