ATI Rage Mobility on IBM ThinkPad?

I’m considering the purchase of an IBM ThinkPad X20 PIII/600,
which uses the ATI Rage Mobility video chipset.

I thought I read somewhere that the ATI Rage Mobility was supported
on QNX4, but checking the HW support list indicates it is not.

Is ATI Rage Mobility video supported on QNX4?

Anyone running QNX4 successfully on an IBM ThinkPad with this
chipset?

With Photon 1.14D beta ?
Radeon graphics driver was absent in old Photon version.

Yes, latest beta version. I actually sent a laptop to QSSL for them to play
with this.
