Ok, I have an older set of qnx4.25 install disks but I also have the
latest patch. How do I apply the patch on a new install to recognize a
hard drive bigger then 8gig?
This is a pain in the ***!
I seam to recall that there is an option to install to say that you have a
seperate disk driver disk but I have not used it for years and years.
Boot the install disk and type “use install”.
I do believe that if you’ve already installed onto a system with the wrong
disk driver that you will need to completely reinstall. I know that you
don’t want to hear that. Get some one at QSSL to confirm before you start
over.
