I tried the qnx 4.25 upgrade off of the QUICS network and it doesn’t seem to
include the Fsys.aha8scsi driver. Does this mean I have to purchase the ‘E’
patch upgrade?

Fsys.aha8scsi was originally released with patch C for 4.25. You can get the
latest patch, E, from http://qdn.qnx.com/download/updates/qnx4_OS/index.html
but you need to have the installer program.
