QNX4.25, Windows NT and DCOM ???

Has anyone out there communicated over a network to an NT box using DCOM
? I must get this working by the end of the year and hope QNX or
someone has DCOM “libraries” for TCP/IP type use.
Please Help…

Have a look at
http://www.softwareag.com/corporat/news/archive99_2000/dec99/entirex-dco
m%2Dlinux.htm
(apparently 10000$ per CPU…)

or for free source http://sourceforge.net/projects/freedce/, i read DCOM
support isn’t fully implemented in yet.

These might you get started. DCOM is a beast.

www.cogent.ca has support for DCE (?)

To get this going under QNX4 is I beleive a major undertaking. DCOM is a
beast.

Good luck

And not just any beast. It is a monster!
The thought of trying to implement it from scratch makes me shudder.
