I am having a problem using the QNX updates site
(http://upd.qnx.com:8000/cgi-ubin/up_gen_page?/updates_aliased). The only
directory listed is “beta.oem_rep”. I have registered the QNX OS (the
developer’s edition, 4.25) in the past but the QNX site doesn’t seem to
remember the registration. So I went to
http://www.qnx.com/support/quics/account/serial.html to re-register and I
get a “Result of registration: File access error” after entering my serial #
and password. I also tried several other serial #s and passwords from other
installation CDs (we bought 17), all give the same error.
I’m trying to get the latest patch to QNX 4.25.
I e-mailed QNX @ newquics@qnx.com and used to their web site feed back form
but haven’t received an answer.
Any suggestions?

I would suggest contacting (phone) the support dept, as they should be able
to help you get the update you require.
