Is possible to burn QNX4 and our program into a memory device residing on
an AmPro LB3-486e’s address bus. This would provide a fast boot process
since memory would already be loaded; don’t have to get QNX4 and our
program off the compact flash card and load into RAM.

Called execute in place or XIP.
I believe it’s possible but AFAIK you will need QNX’s support on that.
Possibly you should contact your sales support channel.
