Looking for disk benchmark

I am new to QNX/Unix. I am looking for a free disk benchmark program to
rate a hard disk and then rate an M System’s DiskOnChip. The documentation
on the two devices does not really correspond well for a comparison.

I have several suspitions that I would like to explore. I suspect the DOC
may be an order of magnitude slower than the disk. I suspect that the DOC
may slow down a after installation when the wear leveling kicks in.

I found some old stuff in the closet here and put it on our ftp site.
Some of these may have been compiled 16 bit. Totally unsupported.
