Take a look through /etc/readme/pcmcia and /etc/readme/technotes/pcmcia
for more detailed information on configuring PCMCIA.
Generally, you have to tell the PCMCIA server which irqs are available,
then for a particular card, look at, and possibly restrict which it
can use, and the two will work together to give it a particular irq.
