I’m download of ftp.qnx.com the last PATH of qnx 4.25 (patch E) and for my
surprise upon executing install - u [file]
the same I believe a directory called UPDATE on the one which put several
files with extension .tarx .
Someone can help me with the extensions .tarx ?
I do not possess CD of installation, since the same this in disquette, as
process to install the patches of now in more ?

We had the same problem, we had to buy “QNX 4 Product Suite Update CD”
with phinstall utility, with the CD one can install also products
from updates.qnx.com. It is great suprise, when you have bought software
licenses and you are still not able to install the bought software 
However, on www.qnx.com this hell is explained in details.
