SCSI controller card

Hello,

Does anyone know of any SCSI controller cards that work with QNX 4.25.

Thanks in advance,
Martin.

Martin,

We use the Adaptec 19160 and 29160N PCI SCSI cards.

Hi Augie

just curious. What’s the 19160? (How is it different from the 29160) I
haven’t heard of that.

On that link, I had a chuckle over this:
“MTBF (mean time between failures, MIL-SPEC) 658,150.9 hours”

These number are only a guess anyway, so where did they get the .9 from?

Well, not really a guess. Mil-spec has formulas for computing MTBF,
things like number of solder joints, number of board layers, type
of connectors, MTBF of components, etc. They add up all the numbers
and get a result.
