i am looking for a tool to display jpeg or gif or so - files
under pure QNX4.25 (without photon)
Some suggestions ?

display where ? anywhere, you can get 3d party libraty which support gif or
jpeg loading and try to display it manually. afair there are such freeware
libs in my archives. for dos

no photon?
“xv” is a popular image viewer in Unix.
You can find it included in the XFree86 4.2 for QNX4
at openqnx site.
