Net.ether82557 problem.... URGENT!

Hi,

I have problem with Net.ether82557 driver on Dell PowerEdge2500
(P3 on 1.26 Ghz) with 8255X embeded
NIC - It’s Intel PRO/100+ ethernet NIC from server specification

On console I get running message : tx_load: Huh! No_buffers
and this error stop server work!!!

I try with undocument option -x to increase buffers butt without results.

In “netinfo -l” I see that "FIFO Underruns During Tx " growing…
This is first time that I see FIFO underruns on 100 MB NIC.
I think that problem must bee there ?!?

I also try with all version of Net.ether82557 from 4.25C - 4.25E
butt always with same result.
