I have a VME based computer with a 60 GB EIDE hard drive with no CDROM. I
need to install QNX 4.25 but the initial release of 4.25 apparently does not
support EIDE drives over 8 GB. I see that patches B and later supports EIDE
drives larger than 8 GB. I want to install QNX 4.25C but cannot install the
initial version of QNX 4.25 due to the 8 GB limitation. How can I get around
the 8GB limitation so that I can upgrade to patch C?

I made something similiar:
I installed QNX4.24 to 20GB disk in the following way:
I overwrote /bin/Fsys.eide on boot disk by version from 4.25D
After installation I copy the Fsys.eide to hard disk and made new .boot
