IDE flash disk

Hi,
I’m trying different IDE flash disk types (Compact-Flash, DiskOnModule). I
use the standard eide driver with default settings. The device is
recognised, I can format, mount, copy files … However each time I modify a
file chkfsys returns “NOT flagged CLEAN”, but fixes nothing except the clean
flag. The files’ content seems ok. This occurs with any IDE flash disks I
tried, but never with DiskOnChip (non-IDE).

Oops, that’s right !
It’s strange, I did never notice any problem using the DOC.
Then it means that’s not a problem for the CF too.
I lost sometimes the content of my CF (but never the DOC), I thought the
filesystem was corrupted.
