The beta contains bug fixes, driver updates, new drivers, updated docs, and
new pccard support. Details can be found in the changes file in the
download area.

Patch G (as noted in the subject line) is beta, so to gain access you need
to be part of the beta program to download (as noted in original posting).
There will be no “Patch F” for internal reasons, and G will be published as
soon as the beta period is over.
