60 Gbyte IDE harddrive

I have a BitMicro Networks 60 Gbytes Flash IDE drive, the Award Bios does
not recognize the size of the drive, it reports as 361 Mbytes. The QNX4.25
setup program will report correct size, but pop error message “too many
files open” few places.

Any ideas?

60gig Flash, yiak, that must be expensive?

try -h option to Fsys or Proc (can’t remember which one at the moment, check
doc)

Fsys. But you need to give it a value. I don’t remember how to
calculate the value. Also, last I checked, -h was undocumented. But
it DOES work. I defines some in RAM hash table or other.

Try “use Fsys” and look for -H. The version on my machine has this

documented, at least in the use message, but I’m not sure if it’s a beta
version.

it is not -h but -H option, documented only in beta QNX4.25g
but working with any 4.25 like Fsys -H200000
