NFSfsys optimization is required

In our company we are using a Linux based NFS server, some client are
using Linux, other ones are using QNX (TCP/IP 5). We experimented very
poor performances of the QNX clients with respect the Linux ones,
especially as far as writing to the server is concerned (ratio 1/5).

Does somebody have any idea about how to increase the performances ?
