We have got 3COM’s 3C905CX-TX-M cards. So far, we
were using the Net.ether905 driver from patch D.
We specify -F -s 100 on the card and Full duplex/100 on the switch.
The old driver seemed to work, although it reported to load 10/HD.
But the network traffic was okay.
If we now use Net.ether905 from patchG AND specify
-F -s 100, then the driver loads without errors,
netinfo -l reports 100/FD, but there is no network
connection. The LED of the connected switch port stays
dark.
Any ideas?
Thank you
