Parameter description of qnx_hint_attach()

can someone describe what is and what I should pass
to qnx_hint_attach() on its thirth parameter?

I do looked at the function description but I didnt undestand it yet.

In sys/inline.h there is a definition for my_ds(), just use this for the
third parameter.
