Other than pointing me to “Stevens”…
Does anyone any experience with receiving multicast messages?
I use the -M option of the netcard
I bind the udp socket to a port
I set the socket option to join the group (without error)
I watch as the multicast messages are ignored.
What am I missing (besides my hair)?
Phil Wilson
What network driver are you running and what version?

Sent new driver via e-mail, but I doubt whether this is the problem, as the
Net.ether1000 driver hasn’t changed in ages.
