/usr/bin/slinger is our embedded server. People have also
compiled apache with little drama although some people prefer
to use the large stack with it.

Are you looking for a web server (ex. Apache)
or a web client (ex. Netscape) ?
Voyager is a web client.

I have Apache running on tiny stack. Will have to ‘backport’ it to full
stack though
With full stack you probably can compile it out of box.
