Klondike bugs and other game problems

My daughter just played a game of Klondike. Ended up with two cards to
deal, no hidden cards, and 4-5 cards were missing so that she could not
complete the game :frowning:

Doom now is able to be downloaded, but it’s so tiny and non resizeable
that it’s difficult to see what’s happening.

Columns refuses to play - comes up with a message ‘crap’

I know this one!

It would appear that your video card does not have enough offscreen
video memory to run columns. As far as I know you will need to
upgrade your video card if you wish to play columns.

Columns may also run if you turn on ‘full screen’ mode. (If you have a 2meg
video card)

You can change the size of the doom window with command line
option -# where # is how big you want the display to be multiplied by.
(-2 is double, -3 is triple, etc… I think it’ll take up to -5)

I made a “Run Program” button on my shelf, and the
line I used is “/usr/games/doom/pdoom -3”
