I’m trying to install QNX RTP from Windows ME. I need a floppy since ME is
screwy with dos mode. I try making the boot disk, it’ll copy the image and
then when it goes to verify it, it says it can’t read the floppy. Then
it’ll leave me with a screwed up floppy with like 500k in bad sectors when I
do a full format again. Does this mean my floppies are messed up? I
already ruined 5.

The floppies shouldn’t be permanently damaged. Try doing a ‘format a: /C’
and see if that fixes them.

Actually you don’t need to boot via floppies with Win ME. Check out the
