Looks like a problem with your cd or CD-ROM. Where did you get the CD, did you
create it yourself? Can the QNX RTP see your CD-ROM? I am assuming you
installed the QNX RTP from/in a windows partition.

What is the output from “ls -l /fs”?
What is the output from “ls -l /dev/cd*”

Where did you get the CD, did you
create it yourself?

Create myself using “Easy CD Creator” that came with the burner.

I am assuming you installed the QNX RTP from/in a windows partition.

There is no special partition created although I might be wrong.ie did not use fdisk
I think the “partition” is created by windows slicing a piece of the HD and reserving
it for QNX.

You should be able to access the iso image from the RTP installation
you have on windows.

Try mount -tcd /fs/cd0/qnxrtp.iso /fs/isoimage

Now if you look in /fs/isoimage, you should see all the files that
are in the larger iso image. You could add a path to this in the
package manager which should let you install additional things on the
cd.
