2 newbie problems

Hi,

I have 2 problems.

  1. I’m not able to connect to the internet. (Previously, I’m able to
    connect to internet, but when I reinstall the RtP, now I’m not able to)
  2. how do I add items to the launch plug-in? (I know how to add items to

the shelf, but not to the launch plug-in.)

Assistance appreciated, or direction where to find info on the above.

Need more information here, there have been problems with the RTP not detecting
modems… try searching the Knowledge base for information

Problem (1) solved when I erase the line speed
Problem (2) … found the How-To.
