The QNX equivalent of “man” is “use”, eg “use ls” would get the
usage documentation on the ls command. See the online
documentation under Photon’s helpviewer for more detailed
documentation.

“man” isn’t part of the default installation.
From the Package Manager, go to the WWW Repository, then select:
Public Software->BSD->Netbsd man
Install it and you should be good to go.
